☆ How long does delivery take?

Orders usually take about 2-3 weeks to arrive in the US and Europe, and 3 to 4 weeks to arrive in other countries. Remember that the processing time of 4-6 business days is counted separately and should be added to the delivery time in order to get the total time it takes to receive your order.

What is the delivery?

Standard delivery is completely free, worldwide!

Can i change / cancel an order?

Once the order was placed, we can not cancel it as soon as 12 hours have passed. So, if you want to cancel the order, email us as soon as possible.

☆ What payment methods do you provide?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. In some cases, we also accept payments through other transfers, depending on the country of residence of the client and payment restrictions. ☆ Why did not I receive an order confirmation?

Always make sure that your email address is correct, because the wrong email address is the most common reason for not getting an order confirmation. It is also possible that your email provider has a SPAM filter that blocks certain emails. So, please kindly check the Spam / Junk Mail folder to see if our emails have fallen. If you still can not find it, contact customer service to check if your order has passed.

☆ Can I return the item?

☆ Do you refill items after they are sold?

It depends on the particular element. If this is a product that comes from our regular assortment, most likely it will be refilled. If there is a specific product that you are looking for, please contact our customer service cufflink@info-lifestyle.com, and we will check it for you. Nevertheless, in most cases, when the goods are sold, we do not sell it again.

 

☆ In which countries do you ship the goods?

We supply to most countries. If you pay in one country, and the delivery address is specified in another country, we have the right to ask you a few questions and request additional documents proving your identity in order to avoid fraud. I need to change something on my order. How can i do this?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately by e-mail cufflink@info-lifestyle.com. Usually we start processing orders within 1-2 business days, and once our warehouse starts processing your order, we will not be able to make any changes.
